terms of service

  1. Commissions are strictly for NON-COMMERCIAL USE only. Please discuss with me separately for commercial commissions.

  2. I reserve the right to share WIPs, speedpaints, or the final piece on my portfolio and social media. If you do not wish your commission to not be shared publicly, please inform me.

  3. You are allowed to share the commissioned art, use it as icon or banner on social media, provided that credit is given. Printing for display for personal use is also okay. You are however NOT allowed to claim credit for the piece.

  4. You may not reproduce the commissioned artwork in any form or manner, mint it, resell it for NFT, or use it to generate AI images.

  5. I may decline a commission request if I feel it is outside of my abilities or if I’m uncomfortable with the subject matter.

  6. Payment upfront and through PAYPAL only.

  7. All change requests during sketching stage will be accepted without charge. Minor corrections thereafter will be limited to 3. Major corrections will be charged, unless these details were already communicated before that I made the mistake of not including.

  8. NO cancellation and refunds once I’ve begun your commission unless for some reason I cannot complete your request.

  9. Turnaround time can be between a few weeks to a few months. in between, you will regularly receive progress updates.

  • I CAN DRAW OCs, Fanart, Game characters

  • I CANNOT DRAW Mecha, furry, gore, violence, any display of hate or discrimination
